What we are looking for:

• 10 years + Management Consulting experience. You should have substantial experience in the trade of Management Consulting, having spent time at a well-recognised consulting firm.

• Possess excellent business development skills, with a strong network and reputation in the marketplace.

• Currently working as a Project or Programme Manager within the Business Transformation, Digital/IT Management Consulting and Business Development space. Result driven with long experience from driving strategically important projects on behalf of clients.

• Self-motivated, forward leaning consultant with the ability to embrace the Aurentor way of working quickly and achieve lasting results together with our clients.

• Masters Educated

What you will do:

• We are looking to recruit Senior Management Consultants with an entrepreneurial mind-set.

• You will work in close collaboration with our clients on Strategy Implementation, Business Design and Business Transformation projects.

• You will work in teams together with your colleagues and normally with the partners liaising closely with our client’s senior management team (c-suite) to deliver tangible value on some of their most complex and business critical projects and programs

• You will focus on value and never Aurentor’s or your own utilization.

• You will be expected to develop long term relationships with our clients, and in time create new business opportunities and business deals
